Deposits, Refunds & Cancellations:
Full payment is due 7 days after booking or immediately if within 15 days of departure. A $25 per person fee will be charged for any changes and a $35 per person fee will be charged for any cancellations after payment is made or when the documents have been issued, if done so outside of 15 days prior to departure. No refund for any changes or cancellations within 15 days prior to departure or for any tour features or services unused. Tour documents are issued approximately 3 - 4 weeks prior to departure or immediately upon receipt of payment if traveling within 21 days.
General Information and Conditions:
Some restrictions may apply. Rates may be higher for special events and peak seasons. Length of stay and some tour features can be modified and are available upon request. Baggage (per person) is limited to 2 pieces of carry on not to exceed 28"x22"x14" and 3 checked pieces not to exceed 36" and 50lbs. per item.
Responsibility:
RMA Travel & Tours, 1660 S. Albion, Suite 201, Denver, CO 80222 and cooperating agents act only in the capacity of agents for the passenger in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation whether by railroad, motor bus, motor car, steamship or plane, and as such they shall not be liable for and injury, personal injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour(s), or otherwise in connection therewith. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any party at any time. The National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) is not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their trains or conveyance. The Passenger Contract in use by The National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) when issued shall constitute the sole transaction between The National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) and purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. All conditions noted above are subject to the laws of the District of Columbia, USA.
