RESPONSIBILITY: RMA Tours and cooperating agents act only in the capacity of agents for the passengers in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation, whether by railroad, motorbus, motorcar, or plane, and as such, they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tours, or otherwise in connection therewith. The right is also reserved to decline, to accept or retain any person as member of any party at any time.
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. All payments are subject to full forfeiture.

Unused Services: Voluntary unused tour features are not refundable.
Traveling Requirements: Adults are required to have a government issued photo I.D. Skis must be contained in a ski bag (only 1 set per bag).
Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds are dependent on individual property and Amtrak Policy, as well as handling, processing and communication fees incurred by RMA Tours. The National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their trains or conveyance. The passenger contract in use by the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak), when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) and purchaser of these tours and/or passenger.
