MTN. RESORT in Montana , you’ll travel in wide, spacious
Coach Class seats, sample the regional cuisine in the Dining Car or a snack

Amtrak features daily service to Colorado and Montana and in some cases

agents act only in the capacity of agents for the passengers
in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing
tours and transportation, whether by railroad, motorbus, motorcar,
or plane, and as such, they shall not be liable for any injury,
damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be
occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or
through the acts or default of any company or person engaged
in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements
of the tours, or otherwise in connection therewith. The right
is also reserved to decline, to accept or retain any person
as member of any party at any time.
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. All
payments are subject to full forfeiture.
Rates: Rates shown are per person unless
otherwise noted and do not apply to groups. Package include
accommodations and features indicated and are subject to change

Unused Services: Voluntary unused tour features
are not refundable.
Traveling Requirements: Adults are required
to have a government issued photo I.D. Skis must be contained
in a ski bag (only 1 set per bag).
Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds are dependent
on individual property and Amtrak Policy, as well as handling,
processing and communication fees incurred by RMA Tours. The
National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) is not to be
held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time
passengers are not on board their trains or conveyance. The passenger
contract in use by the National Railroad Passenger Corporation
(Amtrak), when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between
the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) and purchaser
of these tours and/or passenger. All conditions noted above are
subject to the laws of the District of Columbia, USA All rates
